Read these terms before you use GMemor. They cover the notes you write, App Store purchase, and a lost lock password.

You own the notes
You own the notes you write and store in GMemor.
No unlawful content
Do not use the app to store or share unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
A lost lock password
A lost lock password can be unrecoverable because the developer cannot read the keys.
How you get the app
GMemor is an App Store paid download with no subscription, in-app purchase, trial, or auto-renewal.
Payment
Apple handles payment. The developer does not charge you directly.
Refunds
Refunds go through https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
Download again
The same Apple ID can download the app again.
Purchase and existing notes
A purchase or a refund does not change existing notes.
Loss outside the app
GMemor is not liable for loss from causes outside the app.
Keep a copy
Back up important notes, or turn on iCloud sync.
Changes
These terms can change.
Continued use
Continued use accepts the update.
